PRESCHOOL

Our Preschool class is a balance between imaginative play-based experiences and an introduction into academics. We strive to instill in our students a sharing mentality when it comes to peer interactions. We allow each child to develop at their own speed by enhancing our art, literature, math and science experiences and providing them with hands-on centers that allow for various types of play. We enjoy our short circle times, storytelling activities, diverse art discovery, and sing-a-longs. Additionally, our optional Lunch Bunch sessions provide an opportunity to gain valuable head-start experience eating lunch at a table with other children.
DAILY SCHEDULE EXAMPLE
9:30am - 10:30am – Drop-off and Art/Sensory/Fine Motor/Stations
10:30am - 10:45am – Opening Circle Time / Hand Washing
10:45am - 10:55am – Snack (provided by school)
10:55am - 11:00am – What’s the Weather?
11:00am - 11:20am – Potty Rotation / Free Play
11:20am - 12:00pm - Outside Recess
12:00pm - 12:15pm – Science Experiment / Math Concept / Spanish
12:15pm - 12:30pm – Closing Circle Time

PRE-KINDERGARTEN​
Our Pre-K class takes off where our preschool class ends. We still have a balance between imaginative play-based experiences and academics but we incorporate more signature academics. This program brings in small group learning opportunities, hands-on theme-based activities including more challenging STEAM experiences, as well as continues to enhance the key components that make for an easier transition into Kindergarten (zipping coats, sharing, standing in line, staying attentive for longer periods of time, etc.). This class will enjoy longer circle times, peer-focused activities, diverse art discovery, an increased focus on fine motor skill enhancement, and Lunch Bunch sessions that provide valuable experience eating lunch at a table with other children.
